Refund Policy
Project Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion and delivery of the final project.
The project includes up to 3 rounds of feedback/revisions. Any additional rounds of feedback or revisions beyond the included 3 rounds may be charged separately.
Project Cancellation
Once the project has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers the time and creative work invested in the project.
